Rossotunia shows a lighter, fresher side of Tuscan Sangiovese. To make it, part of the Sangiovese ferments on the skins like a classic red wine, while the other part is pressed directly and added to the same steel tank. This keeps the wine lively and bright, while making the tannins softer and easier to enjoy.
A small touch of Trebbiano is added before bottling, giving extra freshness and a simple, relaxed character. The wine ferments naturally with indigenous yeasts and is bottled without filtration or clarification, so it stays close to its original form.
Serve Rossotunia slightly chilled. It is a good choice for aperitifs, small snacks, country-style lunches, or everyday dishes. It also works well on its own when you want a glass that feels easy, fresh, and made for sharing.
