Politxó Evolució is a white wine that represents a return to Mallorca’s roots. Made entirely from local grape varieties like Vinater Blanc, Manto Negro, and the rare Argamusa, it reflects the island’s unique identity. The wine is aged for four months in used French oak barrels, adding layers of subtle complexity while keeping its fresh and vibrant profile.
Crafted by Pep Rodríguez, a dedicated winemaker who founded Soca-rel to celebrate native Mallorcan grapes, this wine balances citrus freshness with floral and light fruity notes. It evolves gracefully over time and can age for several years, showing different sides of its character as it matures.
