Soca-rel Escursac is a red wine made exclusively from the native Escursac grape, a variety that was nearly lost after the phylloxera crisis of the 19th century. Thanks to passionate local winemakers like Pep Rodríguez, it has not only been rescued but now holds official status among winemaking grapes in the Balearic Islands.

Grown organically in the clay and gravel soils of Binissalem, Mallorca, the grapes are fermented with wild yeasts and bottled unfiltered to preserve their natural character. This careful approach gives life to a wine that reflects the true essence of the island – pure, local, and full of identity.
