Plans B nº1 Blanc is a white wine from Penedès made with Macabeo and Moscatel Rosada. The grapes are kept whole and infused at low temperature for two days, then the juice is taken by “sagnat” (free-run) without pressing. This gentle approach helps keep the wine fresh and light while bringing out the aromatic side of the blend. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel to maintain a clean, straightforward style. If you enjoy whites that feel easy to drink but still have personality, this is a good pick—especially with salads, seafood, or simple rice dishes.
