Aromati<

Sicus Aromatic (Aromati) is a white Penat wine from Penedès, made with Macabeo.  “Penat” is the winery’s line of pét-nat / ancestral sparkling wines, where the wine completes fermentation in the bottle, giving a gentle, natural fizz. 
It’s typically shown as a sweet-style (“Dolç”) wine, so expect a rounder, fruit-forward feel rather than a bone-dry finish.  Serve well chilled and open it like a sparkling wine. It works nicely as an aperitif, with spicy dishes, or alongside fruit-based desserts when you want something light, aromatic, and easy to enjoy.
