Puerta del Viento's "Jaja" is an orange wine from Bierzo, a unique region in Castilla y León. Crafted organically from Doña Blanca and Godello grapes, it stands out as a truly natural expression, produced from remarkably old vines averaging 130 years, grown in clay soils. The winemaking approach is distinctly low-intervention—fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, and the wine is neither fined nor filtered, allowing its true character to shine through. With practically no added sulphites, it's a pure and authentic choice that's also vegan-friendly. A refreshing and genuine orange wine, ideal for those seeking something different, honest, and full of personality.
