Grui is an orange wine from Austria's historic Carnuntum region, where viticulture has thrived since Roman times. This natural wine combines Grüner Veltliner (90%) and Goldmuskateller (10%) from mature vines aged up to 45 years. The winemakers use whole grape clusters and allow native yeasts to ferment the juice in contact with the skins. After fermentation, the wine ages on lees in stainless steel tanks. Pairs well with white meat, seafood, and fish dishes.
