Perdido No Viño Tinto is a unique red wine crafted from a blend of local Galician grapes, predominantly Mencía and Garnacha Tintorera, combined with small amounts of white grapes—Palomino, Godello, and Albariño—harvested from vines averaging 60 years old. Grown on granite soils at 300 meters elevation, the wine captures the authentic character of its origin in Ribeira Sacra, Galicia. Produced naturally, the grapes undergo manual harvesting and spontaneous fermentation using native yeasts, with partial semi-carbonic maceration for added depth. A gentle aging process of six months on fine lees in used French oak barrels provides complexity without overpowering the fresh fruit flavors. A genuine expression of Galician terroir in every sip.
