From the clay-limestone soils of Petra and Felanitx in Mallorca comes Quartó, a natural red wine crafted entirely from the local Callet grape. After a gentle fermentation of about two weeks—some of it with whole clusters and only wild yeasts—it matures in stainless steel tanks for six months. With no added sulfites, this wine embraces its Mediterranean roots, offering bright, juicy fruit and a delicate rustic charm. Its dry, fresh character reflects the sunny Balearic climate while retaining a smooth, easy-drinking texture.
