Oriol Artigas Sammay Blanco is a lively and aromatic natural white wine from Catalonia, Spain, crafted with the local grapes Xarel-lo, Macabeo, and Parellada. Grown in the Maresme area on clay and limestone soils at elevations of 270 to 520 meters, the grapes are harvested by hand and gently fermented with their skins for five days, enhancing texture and fragrance. The wine then matures for 11 months on its lees in stainless steel and fiberglass tanks, adding depth and complexity. Bottled naturally, without fining, filtration, or added sulphites, this wine offers a pure expression of its Mediterranean terroir.
