Les Frangins by Domaine Mouressipe is a red wine from Saint-Côme-et-Maruéjols, in the Languedoc region of France. It’s made from a blend of Carignan, Syrah, and Cinsault, offering a balance between fruit, floral notes, and gentle spices. There are also hints of Mediterranean herbs in its aroma.
The wine is crafted using whole bunches, with a 7-day maceration in a cold room. After that, it rests for at least nine months in stainless steel tanks. This process keeps the wine fresh and vibrant, with good structure and balance.
Les Frangins pairs well with red meats and aged cheeses. It can also be aged for a few years in the bottle to develop further complexity.
