Galéjade by Mouressipe is a refreshing and natural rosé from Languedoc, crafted entirely from Cinsault grapes. This wine is made with a minimal-intervention approach—organic, with no added sulfites—allowing the pure expression of the fruit and terroir to shine. Hand-harvested and fermented with native yeasts, it undergoes a short maceration and is aged for nine months in fiber tanks, preserving its fresh and lively character.
Expect a crisp and vibrant rosé with delicate fruitiness and a fluid, easy-drinking profile. Perfect for enjoying young, but it also gains complexity with a little time. A great match for grilled dishes or light Mediterranean fare.
