Kiddo Skins is a lightly sparkling, skin-contact Pinot Gris with a small splash of Pinot Noir from a single clay-soil vineyard in Moravský Žižkov. Whole bunches ferment on their skins and stems before the wine finishes in a pressure tank, keeping its natural bubbles. It’s made from organically farmed grapes and bottled without fining, filtration or added sulfur, so you taste it very pure and direct.
In the glass, expect bold notes of bitter orange and grapefruit, joined by dried apricot, peach, quince and a hint of strawberry. Roasted hazelnut and a light smokiness add a savoury twist. The bubbles are gentle, the texture slightly creamy with a touch of tannin, and the finish goes on and on. Think of it as grown-up citrus soda with a playful, natural edge.
