Sra. Mae is a white wine from Sant Esteve Sesrovires, in the Alt Penedès subregion. Calcareous and sandy soils make this Xarel·lo-predominant wine long and savoury. Fermented in stainless-steel vats, it ages partly on the skins and partly in a chestnut cask—honouring Catalan tradition. Expect a medium-bodied wine with notes of pear, fennel, preserved lemon and white pepper, as well as some tension and floral aromas from the complementary Subirat Parent.
