Mátyás Sári #3 is a unique white wine from Slovakia, combining Riesling and Chardonnay grapes in an unusual but creative way. This wine is made using a special blending method: freshly pressed Riesling from the 2022 vintage is mixed with Chardonnay from 2023, which has undergone a short, four-day skin maceration. Originally developed to solve a fermentation challenge, the technique results in a distinctive character, bringing out creamy textures from the barrel-aged Chardonnay balanced with freshness and gentle tannins from the skin-contact process. Expect subtle oxidative notes adding depth to its structured profile, making Sári #3 both fun and pleasantly complex.
