Romanissa comes from exceptional vines up to 130 years old, growing on slate terraces in Roussillon. This natural red wine combines Grey Grenache (90%) with Carignan (10%) in South African winemaker Tom Lubbe's signature style. The whole grape clusters undergo three weeks of maceration followed by gentle pressing and aging in 500-liter oak barrels for 10 months. The result captures Mediterranean herbs and forest undergrowth notes. Pairs well with both white and red meats.
