A distinctive sparkling wine from Penedès, Spain, made exclusively from Mandó, a recovered historic grape variety that was nearly lost in the 20th century. Crafted by Mas Candí using traditional ancestral method, the wine undergoes gentle pressing after two hours of maceration, followed by natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts and 12 months aging on fine lees in the bottle. Grown in clay-limestone soils of Avinyonet del Penedès, this sparkling wine showcases the winery's commitment to reviving local varieties.
