This Pinot Blanc shows a more natural and hands-off side of Moravian white wine. The grapes come from an organically farmed vineyard in Dyjákovičky – Šác and were directly pressed as whole bunches, then left to ferment with native yeasts.

The wine was matured in Moravian and French oak barrels and also went through malolactic fermentation, which gives it a rounder, softer feel on the palate. At the same time, it keeps a fresh and juicy character that makes it easy to enjoy. Unfined, unfiltered, and bottled with no added sulfur, it offers a pure expression of Pinot Blanc with texture, energy, and a lively, dry finish.
