Omne Vivum Ox Ovo is a dry white wine that shows a less common side of Moravia. Made from Welschriesling and Riesling, it is aged under flor, a thin layer of yeast that protects the wine while slowly shaping its character. This gives the wine a mineral feel, gentle aromatic lift, and a light oxidative touch that makes it stand out from a classic fresh white.

The grapes come from the organically farmed U sklepů vineyard in Dyjákovičky. After direct pressing of whole bunches, the wine ferments spontaneously and then rests for 12 months on gross lees in a large Moravian oak foudre, without topping up. It is bottled without fining, filtration, or added sulfur. The result is a white wine with energy, texture, and a style that can be enjoyed now or cellared further.
