Blaufränkisch Těšetice is a natural red that shows a more lively and pure side of this grape. It comes from the Stará vinice site in Těšetice, where organically grown Blaufränkisch is handled with a low-intervention approach. Whole bunches go through 10 days of carbonic maceration in wooden vats, a method that helps keep the fruit bright and gives the wine a fresh, lifted character. Aging in French oak adds shape and a light touch of spice without taking over. Unfined, unfiltered, and made with no added sulfur, this is a raw but balanced red with energy, texture, and a clear sense of place.
