Chardonnay Vertikal is a non-vintage blend of three harvests, created to show Chardonnay with extra layers rather than a single snapshot in time. The grapes come from the Zadní (Zadní hora) vineyard, planted with several local clones, which helps bring natural complexity to the wine.
In the cellar, it’s made with a low-intervention approach: spontaneous fermentation, long aging on fine lees in large oak barrels, and no fining or filtration. A small portion includes whole berries with gentle skin contact, adding subtle grip and depth. The result is a structured Chardonnay with a smooth, slightly creamy texture, bright acidity, and a pronounced mineral, lightly salty finish—great with fish, poultry, or creamy dishes.
