Vitxi is a rosé wine made in Penedès, Catalonia, by HumanVins. It blends two local varieties, Red Grenache and Sumoll. Grenache brings fruit and roundness, while Sumoll, a native Catalan grape that has been increasingly valued in recent years, adds freshness and structure.
The wine is crafted with a natural approach, without unnecessary intervention, letting the character of the grapes and the region show clearly.
