Frisach y Luyt Puny de l’Àngel is an appealing rosé crafted from older Carignan and Parellada vines in a minimal-intervention style. The whole clusters undergo carbonic maceration, allowing the vibrant fruit to shine before a gentle pressing and natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The wine then rests on its fine lees in stainless steel for about eight months, gaining extra depth and texture without losing its fresh character. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, and with no added sulfites, it delivers bright fruit flavors alongside a smooth, rounded feel on the palate. This rosé is an enjoyable choice for those who appreciate a hands-off approach that highlights the grapes’ pure qualities, making it a delightful companion for casual gatherings or lighter meals.
