Últimas Huellas "El Pinar"

Últimas Huellas “El Pinar” is a white wine made from Albillo Real, a grape with a naturally rounded texture. The fruit comes from an old, high-altitude parcel in Argujillo, where around 85-year-old vines grow on very stony soils with clay underneath. This setting gives the wine a clear contrast: ripe fruit and body, but also firm freshness and a mineral edge.

In the cellar, the grapes are foot-trodden, pressed by hand in a vertical basket press, and fermented with indigenous yeasts in seasoned barrels. The wine is bottled without fining, keeping a direct link to the vineyard. Expect notes of white and ripe fruit, a touch of herbs and spice, and a slightly waxy, smoky mineral character. It is a textured Albillo Real with energy, made for those who enjoy white wines with both depth and freshness.
