Pampaneo Airén Natural

Pampaneo Airén Natural is an orange wine made from 100% Airén, a local Spanish grape that’s rarely seen in this style. The grapes ferment with native yeasts and spend a long time on their skins in stainless steel, which gives the wine its amber colour, gentle grip, and a more savoury edge than a typical white. A short period in amphora helps soften the texture while keeping the wine clear and direct.
Expect ripe orchard fruit (think peach) alongside slightly oxidative notes that add character rather than sweetness. It finishes dry and can feel a bit wild—in a good way. Serve it slightly chilled and give it a few minutes of air; it shines with roasted vegetables, tapas, aged cheeses, or spicy dishes.
