Táganan Blanco from Envínate is a white wine born on the steep volcanic slopes of Tenerife, where century-old vines grow just above the Atlantic coast. The vineyards, planted with a mix of native Canary Island grapes such as Listán Blanco, Malvasía, Marmajuelo, Albillo, Gual, Forastera and even some unidentified varieties, are worked organically by hand, in collaboration with local families.

Each parcel is harvested and vinified separately with wild yeasts, and part of the wine undergoes gentle skin contact. Ageing takes place for about eight months, partly in old oak barrels and partly in stainless steel, resting on the fine lees. Bottled without fining or filtering, this natural approach preserves the character of the land.

The result is a wine that clearly speaks of its origin: fresh and saline, marked by volcanic minerality, with notes of flowers, citrus, quince and stone fruit. Táganan Blanco is a true reflection of the rugged Canary Island coastline and its deep-rooted viticultural tradition.
