Partiels Rouge is a Jura red born from a difficult season. Frost and constant rain meant the estate could not vinify each variety separately, so all the red grapes came together in one blend. The result is a wine that feels complete and very natural in its balance.
Poulsard gives the wine its light, juicy core, while Pinot Noir, Trousseau, Gamay and pink Savagnin bring extra shape and detail. A short maceration keeps the texture fluid and fresh, and a year in tank preserves the fruit without adding woody notes.
In the glass, it shows the bright, lifted side of Jura reds, with red berries, cherry, a little pepper and a gentle floral note. This is an honest, lively red with plenty of energy, best for people who enjoy freshness and drinkability more than weight.
