Aux Vignettes

Aux Vignettes is a Petit Manseng white from the Jurançon area, made with a hands-on, low-intervention approach. The grapes are picked by hand, carefully sorted, and pressed slowly to keep the fruit clean and focused. Fermentation is allowed to start naturally, using native yeasts, and the wine is raised in stainless steel alongside older barrels. It then rests for about ten months on fine lees in neutral casks, adding a gentle, rounded texture without tasting oaky.
In the glass, expect a clear citrus line—think ripe lemon and grapefruit—followed by white flowers and a hint of verbena, with a subtle smoky edge. On the palate it feels precise but not sharp, combining freshness with a fuller mid-palate that makes it an easy match for food.
