Xerric from Dasca Vives is an organic and vegan white wine produced in Tarragona, part of the beautiful region of Catalonia, Spain. Made primarily from the Xarel-lo grape, locally known as Cartoixà, this wine offers a unique medium-bodied and oily texture that's both inviting and delicious. It showcases fresh notes of orange blossoms, Asian pear, and exotic tropical fruits, complemented by subtle hints of cream and petrol. This complexity is balanced by refreshing acidity, culminating in a pleasantly long finish. Naturally produced without chemical additives and biodynamically farmed, Xerric is ideal to enjoy alongside cheese, enhancing the overall tasting experience.
