This sparkling wine from Penedès features 100% Samsó grapes from century-old vineyards surrounded by Mediterranean forest. Following strict biodynamic principles, it undergoes two fermentations, with the second using frozen must. The wine ages for 36 months on lees, resulting in integrated bubbles and less than 2g/l residual sugar.
