Bulles de Comptoir #14 “Pirouette Cacahuète” is an Extra-Brut Champagne from Landreville in the Côte des Bar, made with biodynamic grapes. It blends Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc, giving a balance between fruit, freshness and a lightly creamy texture.
One detail that makes this cuvée special is the use of a perpetual reserve started in 1982. This means older reserve wines are blended with newer ones, adding depth without taking away the wine’s lively character. The result is a Champagne with energy, fine bubbles and enough complexity to enjoy both as an aperitif and with simple dishes like seafood, fried snacks or soft cheeses.
