This sparkling Chardonnay from Penedès represents a decade of winemaking tradition, being produced since 2012. The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation at 17°C in stainless steel tanks after a 24-hour rest period. Following natural winemaking principles, it matures through winter and is bottled in spring according to the lunar calendar on fruit days, without added sulfites. Best served between 8-10°C, this young white wine features a light and crisp style suitable for dinner gatherings.
