Base 1r Blanc from Celler 9+ is a fresh and fruity white wine crafted from organically grown, local Catalonian grapes—85% Cartoixà (also known as Xarel-lo) and 15% Macabeu. Produced using regenerative farming practices, the grapes flourish under the gentle Mediterranean sea breeze known locally as Marinada, ensuring even and constant ripening.

This wine is naturally fermented in stainless steel tanks, and aged for 9 months with regular stirring of lees, giving it a soft, smooth texture without any filtration or added preservatives. You'll discover aromas of yellow peach, apricots, pineapple, lychee, and papaya, complemented by subtle sweetness reminiscent of quince and honey. On the palate, it's broad and structured yet refreshingly crisp, highlighted by zesty citrus notes. The finish is long, leaving pleasant ripe fruit flavors.
