    Boomerang is a natural red from the Jura, made from Poulsard, also called Ploussard, and Trousseau. The grapes come from grey Lias marl soils, a classic Jura terroir that helps give the wine its fresh, mineral side. After hand harvesting, the grapes are destemmed and fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel, with a few weeks of maceration to bring gentle structure and fruit.

    The result is a light but expressive red, with notes of red berries, soft spice, and a silky texture. It has a little more depth than a very simple Jura red, while keeping an easy, juicy character. Serve it slightly chilled, with poultry, grilled pork, charcuterie, or a relaxed Sunday lunch.
