Guerrilla is a sparkling wine created by the collaboration of Nilufar & Masa, originating from the Penedès region in Catalonia, Spain. This wine blends two local grape varieties: 80% Xarel·lo and 20% Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains, creating a distinctive taste. Its uniqueness comes from an 8-day maceration process, where the grape juice stays in contact with the skins, enhancing flavors and aromas. After maceration, Guerrilla starts fermentation in stainless steel tanks and finishes directly in the bottles. This minimal-intervention method preserves freshness and authentic fruit character. Ideal for anyone who enjoys vibrant, naturally-made sparkling wines with personality.
