Tinaha Blanco is a natural white wine made from Malvasia and Moscatel, two Mediterranean grapes known for their floral and citrus character. The fruit comes from old, unirrigated bush vines on calcareous soils on the north face of the Sierra de la Pila in Murcia.
The grapes are picked by hand in two steps: an earlier harvest brings freshness, while a later one adds more ripe fruit and texture. Fermentation happens naturally, and the wine is aged in clay amphoras, which helps keep the style pure and balanced. Expect notes of white flowers, ripe citrus, stone fruit, orange peel and a light herbal touch. It is dry, fresh and clean in the mouth, with a natural-wine character but without heavy funk. Serve it cool, and let it breathe a little before drinking, especially with Mediterranean dishes, seafood, salads or simple summer food.
