Bera Vittorio Arcese is a unique Italian white wine from Piedmont, crafted from a special blend of Cortese, Sauvignon Blanc, Vermentino, and Arneis grapes. Its vineyards are rooted in limestone and marl soils, created from ancient marine sedimentation, providing distinct character to the wine. The grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation without destemming and mature for 9 months in stainless steel tanks, enhancing the fresh, natural expression of the fruit. Bottled slightly sparkling, Arcese finishes fermenting directly in the bottle, leaving it lightly fizzy, vibrant, and easy to enjoy. This natural process adds complexity while preserving its refreshing and crisp taste.
