Risque de Schütt represents the craft of Kollektiv Peternell, an Austrian winery founded in 2018 by three friends with guidance from Partida Creus winery. This red wine combines two traditional Austrian varieties - Blaufränkisch and Zweigelt - sourced from old biodynamic vineyards near Lake Neusiedl. The winemakers use semi-carbonic maceration to enhance the wine's natural fruit character, followed by aging in stainless steel tanks. Perfect with smoked dishes and cured meats.
