The tank keeps the fruit clean and crisp, while the egg adds gentle texture and a subtle, rounded mouthfeel. It spends about eight months on fine lees and is bottled unfined, unfiltered and without added sulphur, so you taste Furmint in a very direct, honest way.\u003cbr\u003eIn the glass you can expect aromas of elderflower, white peach and citrus peel, with a soft hint of honey. The palate is dry, focused and refreshing, with firm acidity and a clear mineral edge.
