A distinctive Austrian blend of Merlot and Syrah from Carnuntum's clay-limestone and gravel soils. This natural wine combines Merlot and Syrah, each vinified separately with indigenous yeasts and aged in used oak barrels. The result is a fruity and juicy red with minimal intervention, perfect for pairing with cured cheeses and red meats. The extended maceration of Merlot brings structure, while the shorter-macerated Syrah adds freshness and fruit-forward character.
