Free Blanc is a white wine from Penedès, Spain, crafted by former Bar Brutal sommelier Nuria Renom. The blend combines Macabeo grapes from a historic 1959 vineyard with younger Parellada vines. This natural wine follows traditional methods, using indigenous yeasts for fermentation and different approaches for each grape variety - Macabeo undergoes a 4-day maceration while Parellada is direct pressed. After fermentation, the wine matures in stainless steel tanks for 6 months.
