Whole bunches of Pinot Blanc macerate together with the direct-press juice of the red varieties, then the wine ferments spontaneously and rests in a large 3000 L Stockinger oak cask.\u003cbr\u003eIn the glass it shows a cloudy, bright pinkish-red colour, sitting nicely between rosé and a light red. You can expect aromas of cherry and strawberry with a gentle caramel note, followed by a dry, fresh palate with good texture and layers, shaped by pure loess soils and early-picked grapes.\u003cbr\u003eCertified organic farming, hand harvest, no fining or filtration and only a tiny touch of sulfur keep the character very pure.
