Domaine de Majas Blanc is a fresh and aromatic white wine from the Côtes Catalanes region in southeastern France. Made with an organic blend of Macabeu, Rolle (also known as Vermentino), and Carignan Blanc grapes, it showcases bright fruit flavors combined with a distinct minerality reminiscent of sea breezes. You'll notice appealing aromas of white peach, zesty citrus, and fresh herbs, followed by flavors of crunchy pear and ripe apple. Its finish is clean, slightly saline, and refreshing, making it an excellent pairing for seafood dishes, grilled poultry, pasta with white sauces, or summer salads.
