Relief by Lendwines is a natural wine from Slovenia’s Prekmurje region, made with Rhine Riesling. It is fermented spontaneously on its own yeasts and matured on the lees, resulting in a wine that keeps its character close to the grape and soil. It is bottled unfiltered, which preserves a fuller texture and adds depth to the flavor.
This semi-dry Riesling shows aromas of linden blossom and fresh apricot, joined by a subtle mineral touch. Its medium body and gentle balance of fruit and freshness make it a versatile companion at the table, enjoyable on its own or with a variety of dishes.
