This Spanish orange wine from Viñedos Hontza combines Viura and Calagreño grapes from various plots in Labraza. The wine gets its character through an 8-day skin contact process, while half of the blend matures in chestnut barrels for 6 months. This combination of traditional and modern winemaking techniques creates a distinct expression of the local terroir.
