This Xarel·lo white wine comes from historic vineyards planted in 1938 in the Garraf Natural Park, Catalonia. The winery follows traditional methods, including moon cycles for vineyard management. The wine ferments and ages in terracotta amphorae for 6 months, which gives it structure while maintaining freshness. The unique soil combination of limestone and granitic sand (sauló) contributes to its mineral character. A representation of traditional Penedès winemaking.
