Le Coste Bianco comes from the volcanic soils of Gradoli in northern Lazio, where vines grow among olive trees and chestnuts near Lake Bolsena. The wine is made primarily from Procanico and Malvasia grapes from 50-year-old vines, planted in remarkably dense vineyards of 10,000 plants per hectare. Founded by Gianmarco Antonuzzi and Clémentine Bouveron, Le Coste focuses on reviving forgotten local varieties. The wine undergoes skin contact fermentation and ages in oak barrels for 12 months, resulting in a structured white wine with bright fruit notes.
