A unique white blend from Penedès combining 30% Malvasia de Sitges from Can Baltà vineyard (planted 2009) and 70% Parellada from the historic Les Planes vineyard (planted 1942). Vinyes Singulars creates Doble Plaer Blanc through distinct vinification methods: the Malvasia undergoes six days of skin maceration and ages in chestnut barrels, while the Parellada ferments in stainless steel, resulting in a complex expression of Catalonian terroir.
