Pardalet ("Little Sparrow") is a white wine from Catalonia led by aromatic Muscat with extended skin contact. Traditional varieties Parellada and Macabeu, fermented in French oak, complete the blend. This natural wine displays orange citrus and floral notes, with a full texture and crisp finish.
