This gives the wine its soft grip and cloudy ochre colour, but keeps it light, juicy and very drinkable rather than heavy or harsh. Fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel and old wood, with no fining or filtration and only a tiny touch of sulfur, it’s all about purity and everyday pleasure.\u003cbr\u003eIn the glass, expect bright notes of peach, clementine, lemon, orange and a hint of lychee, wrapped in gentle floral aromas.
